I dislike that I do not get paid as much as others even though i may work more hours. my role is very different from most jobs I am a Technical Writer and some people are taxi drivers and semi drivers. my job is better in the fact that I can stay home but not as good because I do not get paid as well as others. It is quite fair that some people get paid more but I guess it all depends on how many years you had went to school.

I like my job because it’s easy. I dislike it because I don’t get paid lots.

Yes because I get paid 2500 and Connor gets paid 17 000

I think it’s better because I don’t need to work that hard and other people do, I think its worse because other people get to just drive a taxi and don’t work.

I Dislike the pay for my role. I like that it still pays more then some of the roles some other people have.

It is different because it is one of the higher paying roles.
In most cases it is fair because they have harder work/ have to goto university for longer
I dont't like the job I am doing because I hate being in car at night and always staying in car. The worse thing is that when I will go fast I may do accident and the man will day that I have to save. It's is fair that some poeple job get more money because if you work more hours you will get more money if you work less hours you will get less money.

Cody:I don't like my job because I get a pour pay. but I like the hours I have to work. My job is very different from other peoples because people get more money than I do but they work more hours than me. My job is worse because I work for cheap pay. I think it is fair because some people go to school longer and the get degrees and other people could quit school and go work some where were you could make three dollars an hour.

I dislike that I do not get paid as much as others even though I may work more hours. There are pros and cons to being a paediatrician. I like the amount of money I get paid but the hours I work are crazy and I’m still on call after work. I also only get 4 vacation weeks in a year. My role is very different than some of the other jobs like a cab driver. Some of the jobs that don't pay as much can have less hours of work and more vacation time. I think it is fair that some jobs pay more than others because they could be harder or dangerous.

I dislike my pay at my job because I only get 2,000 dollars I wish I got as much as Conor.

Yes my role is different from other people’s job example Conor is a kids doctor. This is a 100% different from my job.

My job is worse than anything in my option.

Yes it is fair because some jobs like example a doctor is a better paying job they at McDonalds because you are saving people lives . Example if you are a CEO of General Motors you get paid more than a teacher because you are in charge of a 30 billion dollar company rather than 30 students .

What I like about my job is that is pays good it is fun and it is very entertaining. For the hours I work a month I get good pay for them. I do work 40 hours a week but working in a mine is very hard and you have to be careful. What I dislike about my job is that it is very dangerous and I could die anytime. If someone does one little move that makes the mine fall most likely everyone in it will die.
• Is your role different from those of others?
My role is different from other people’s jobs. My job is different because I work different hours, I work different days, and I have different holidays. Another thing that I have different from other people’s jobs is that I have way different jobs than most people. Some people are doctors and I’m a miner. A miner is way different from a doctor and I think everyone in the world should know that. So the answer is yes my job is different from others.
• In what ways is it better or worse?
In ways that my job is better than others is that my job pays well and that it is fun and exciting. My job is also better than some because I work just as many hours as some people but I make more money and I get more holidays. In ways that my job is bad is that it is very dangerous and I can die every time I enter the mine. So in many ways my job is worse than other people’s but it is also better at the same time.
• Is it fair that some roles pay more than others? Why?
Yes I think it is. I think it is fair because some people just sit around and just drive cars around the city and other people work hard and try to save people’s lives. Taxi drivers if they made as much as a doctor it wouldn’t be fair because they don’t really have to do anything but listen to the person on where they need to go. And doctors try and save people’s lives not on where they want to go. So it is fair that some roles get paid more than others I think.

I like my role very much i make good money and good hours. Yes my job is very different than alot of people. I think my job is prety good I work 40 hours a month and make good money and i get 3 months of vacation. yes it is very fair, becasue i work 40 hours so if i worked more than i could make more money but i dont so i don`t make as much.

Yes the role I have is different than everyone else even the paymets you get.

Well I like my job but I make 3,380,000 dollars a month working 50 hours and Conor makes about 18 thousand working 60 hours. I don't think i get a fair pay com[pared to the ammout of work I have to do in a month compared to my ammout of pay.

No, I don't think they are fair at all. some people wok at really easy job and work really low ammount of hours and there could be someone that has a reall high-end job with alot of responsibilities and have lots of hours and low pay...

I dislike this job because it doesn't pay enough
and it is not an interesting job and it is boring i don't like this job but the 3 weeks vacation is good and the hours at work are good.
my role is different from others becausei make less than other roles and vacation weeks are different my job is different hours are different and my job is a lowere paying role than others roles.
my role is worse than many other roles in the class because the pay is bad and it is worse because I don't like this job.
it is fair that others make more money and their roles pay better because their labor is more harder than most roles and they deserve better pay.

What I don’t like about my role is the crops part. I don’t like working with plants etc. Another thing that I don’t like is that I have to keep records. I don’t like keeping files and paper. It’s a mess. I’m not saying that I’m not organized, I just don’t like keeping lots of papers and files.
• Is your role different from those of others?
Yes, my role takes place in the open fields. While others work at homes or offices or workshops etc.
• In what ways is it better or worse?
In some ways it’s bad and in some ways it’s good. It’s bad because you have to work in the open fields long hours all alone. It’s good because you get good payment and a vacation of 3 weeks annually.
• Is it fair that some roles pay more than others? Why?
I think it’s fair, because some people work harder than other. So they deserve the payment. After all it depends on the person’s likes or dislikes.
